How to Check Voicemail Messages
You can check your extension's voicemail inbox via your phone:
- Dial *123 on your phone to access your voicemail
- Provide your voicemail PIN
- Personal PINs can be found within the Communicator Desktop app.
- 3 Dots > Online Self Care > My Details
- Personal PINs can be found within the Communicator Desktop app.
To access another voicemail box such as General Voicemail box:
- Dial *124 on your phone to access comedian mail
- Enter the mailbox or extension number
- Provide the voicemail PIN
- General PINs can be found in the Voicemail box settings
- Admin portal > Voicemail > Mailbox > select mailbox
- General PINs can be found in the Voicemail box settings
To record your unavailable voicemail box message:
- Dial into your mail (using the steps above)
- After entering your PIN, press 0 for mailbox options
- Then, press 1 to record your unavailable message

Note: By default, when the voicemail is received, a notification is sent to your email. This email, if not set otherwise, has a voice file attached to it. Detach it from email and open it in your favorite music player.
