Note: To edit who has access to a general voicemail box, go to Voicemail -> voicemail box with your admin login
To access Visual Voicemail:
1. Start by clicking on the Self Care icon. This can be found in the header of the Communicator app. If the icon is not visible, select the 3 dots on the right to see more options.
Alternative, you can login here with your Communicator email and password.
2. Select the Voicemail tab towards the top of the window.
3. To access additional voicemail boxes, click on INBOX.
4a. To upload a Voicemail Greeting, click Voicemail Features.
4b. Next to Unavailable message, click Choose File. Please ensure the file is a wav 8000 hz, Mono, and 16-bit file.
