To Park a Call:
1. When on a call, select the "Park" button from the Ongoing Call window.
This will allow any user within your company to then access the parked call.
Accessing a Parked Call:
1. Click on the 3 vertical dots found towards the right of the blue bar within the Communicator app.
Note: Any user within your company can access a parked call.
2. To pick up the call, click on the phone icon.
