The Bullhorn Integration allows for the following features:
- Automatic Call Logging: All calls are automatically time and date stamped within the customer lead. A recording of the discussion is available for automatic posting within the lead as well.
- Call Popup: When a client calls in, the customer lead will automatically populate.
1. Login to the web portal at sip.alinephonesystems.com with an admin account
2. Navigate to CRM -> Integration
3. Configure your CRM as shown below
Bullhorn uses OAuth authentication. Anyone who want to use Bullhorn REST API needs OAuth key provided by Bullhorn Team.
- “REST API Bullhorn customers can obtain OAuth keys for developing applications with the Bullhorn REST API by creating a support ticket via the Bullhorn Resource Center.”
- When user create ticket, he/she need to ask for “Refresh Token” option to use Bullhorn CRM integration service.
NOTE: Before first use of REST API user needs to accept Terms of Service. This needs to be done manually. User should enter following URL in web browser and click on Agree button: https://auth.bullhornstaffing.com/oauth/authorize?client_id={CleintId}&response_type=code&action=Login&username={Username}&password={Password}
CRM Integration configuration
- Configure Crm Integration Service with following options:
- Client ID
- (E.g. {ID given by Bullhorn Team})
- Client Secret
- (E.g. {Secret given by Bullhorn Team})
- Client Hostname
- Client Hostname is first part of URL when user log in into Bullhorn web interface.
- (E.g. {Hostname of your Bullhorn CRM account})
Call logs
- Communicator can log details about calls. Details about calls will be inserted to the Bullhorn CRM. If you want to see all phone calls list, follow this:
- Menu >> Tasks >> Type (check “Phone call” and click “Filter”).
