1. Login to the web portal at sip.alinephonesystems.com with an admin account.
2. Navigate to SMS -> Bulk Messages
3. Click on "Add Bulk message"
4. Download the CSV Template and add telephone numbers to send to.
Note: Telephone numbers must include to a 1 in front. (ex. 1-567-803-0327)
5. Fill out the information in each field:
Name: Enter a name for the Bulk message
Sender type: Select "Number" to use an existing SMS number
From: Populate the 'From' field with specific information
Message: Populate the 'Message' field with specific information
Upload CSV: Click this button to upload a CSV file from Step 4
6. Click the "Save" button
7. Click the "Start" button and then "OK" to begin sending messages
8. A prompt will appear to confirm the Bulk SMS has started
