Overview:
This video conferencing feature allows up to 50 participants to meet for 130 minutes per session. Participants can record, share their video, participate in screen shares, and also access a meeting chat!
Let’s get started!
Create an Instant Meeting:
1. From the blue ribbon, select “Meeting." If you do not see this icon listed, click on the 3 vertical dots to the far right of the ribbon and select “Meeting” from the drop down.
2. Once selected, a new window will pop up that will allow you to drag and drop contacts directly from your contact list within the Communicator.
Note: If you would like to add a contact outside of your organization, simply click the “Public” check box. Once in the meeting, you can invite a new outside user by email or phone number.
3. To begin, click the green “Start” button. The below screen will appear letting the user choose how they would like to join with audio.
Once in the meeting, additional participants can be added by selecting “Participants” from the bottom ribbon. A new side window will appear allowing the user to select “+Invite”. A new contact can then be added via contacts, email, or by phone number.
Schedule a Meeting:
1. Select “Meeting” from the blue ribbon on your Communicator app. If you do not see the Meeting icon, click on the three vertical dots to the far right of the ribbon and select “Meeting” from the dropdown.
2.Once opened, select the Calendar icon from the top right of the new window as shown below.
3. Fill out the provided fields and click the “Schedule” button at the bottom of the screen when finished. Note: By selecting “Public Meeting," you can allow others from outside your organization to be invited to the meeting. To add outside participants, simply click on the “Email” icon located on the top right of the screen to add the new email and send out an invite.

Start a Scheduled Meeting:
1. To begin a scheduled meeting, select “Meeting” from the blue ribbon on your Communicator app. If you do not see the Meeting icon, click on the three vertical dots to the far right of the ribbon and select “Meeting” from the dropdown.
2. Next, click on the “Meeting List” icon as shown below.
3. From this screen, you can view all scheduled meetings, as shown above. Once the meeting is selected, click “Start” to begin the meeting.
Note: This window also allows you to toggle between tabs to view previous meetings as well as any meeting recordings.
Join a Meeting:
1. You can join a scheduled meeting by selecting “Meeting” from the blue ribbon on your Communicator app. If you do not see the Meeting icon, click on the three vertical dots to the far right of the ribbon and select “Meeting” from the dropdown.
2. In the new meeting window, select “join by number” from the dropdown. This will allow you to enter the meeting number. Once entered, click the green "Join" button.
Recordings:
1. Select “Meeting” from the blue ribbon on your Communicator app. If you do not see the Meeting icon, click on the three vertical dots to the far right of the ribbon and select “Meeting” from the dropdown.
2. Select the “Recordings List” icon from the top right as shown below. You will then be able to see a list of all available recordings.
