You can easily transfer your current call from your mobile app to your desktop (Softphone) app or physical desk phone without missing a beat!
Here's How:
1. From the call screen on the mobile app, select Options.
2. Select Switch Device
3. From the list provided, select the device you want to move the call to and then press OK.
