Custom Inbound Caller ID for Ring Groups

1. Login to the web portal at sip.alinephonesystems.com with an admin account.

2. Navigate to Extensions -> Ring Groups

3. Select the Ring Group

4. Click on "Show Advanced Options"

5. Scroll down to "Replace Caller ID" 

Note: Use %CALLERID% to keep the original incoming Caller ID
