1. Login to the web portal at sip.alinephonesystems.com with an admin account
2. Navigate to Extensions -> System
3. Select the user that requires a password reset
4. Find "User Password" and select the grey lock icon
5. Select "Save"
6. Select "Save & E-mail" to e-mail the temporary password to the user
