The ZOHO Integration allows for the following features:
- Automatic Call Logging: All calls are automatically time and date stamped within the customer lead. A recording of the discussion is available for automatic posting within the lead as well.
- Call Popup: When a client calls in, the customer lead will automatically populate.
1. Login to the web portal at sip.alinephonesystems.com with an admin account
2. Navigate to CRM -> Integration
3. Configure your CRM as shown below
Zoho v2 CRM Configuration
Zoho Admin should create API Client (Register application).
- To register the application the Admin should do the following:
- Go to the site: accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole
- Click Add Client ID
- Enter the Client name, Domain and redirect URL
- Click Create
- Note down the client ID
Redirect URL should be in next: https://sip.AlinePhoneSystems/{TENANT_NUMBER}/crmiservice/api/generate_tokens

CRM Integration Configuration
- Page URL: https://crm.zoho.com/crm or https://crm.zoho.eu/crm
- Client ID: Client ID obtained from Zoho API Client
- Client Secret: Client Secret obtained from Zoho API Client
- Redirect URL: Redirect URL entered in Zoho API Client

Generate Tokens
- The first time one sets the configuration in PBXware GUI, they need to click on the “Generate Tokens” button. This action will generate a Refresh Token which will later be used to generate Access tokens for users.
Options include the following:
4. Open the Communicator app. Navigate to Tools -> Preferences -> Modules -> CRM
5. Enable CRM integration. Enable the options you prefer. Finally, enter the username only.
