How to Update Your Billing Information
First login to your VoIP Back Office account
Sign in using your login credentials
Note: If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact Aline Customer Support.
Once you are logged in you will be viewing your Main Homepage
Click on the Billing Tab
Click on the Recurring Payments Link
Add your new billing details in the section provided. Keep in mind this will be the card that is charged for any balance current on the account, as well as the card that will be saved and used for all future invoices.
