Having trouble dialing out with the Communicator desktop app?
Change the phone widget's outbound calls from "Deskphone" to "Softphone."
1. Login to the Commutator desktop app
2. Select the phone widget
3. On the bottom right, select "Deskphone"
4. Now, select "Softphone" from the drop down menu
5. Outbound calls will now use the Communicator app!
