How To: Configuring Speed Dials and BLF Line Keys

Steps:

1. Go to Extensions > Select Extension

   • Find and click the extension that will use the BLF key or Speed Dial.

2. Go to Enhanced Services > Directory / BLF List (Click the pen/paper icon on the right)

   • 

   • Click the + to add a new line key for BLF or Speed Dial

   • 
3. Set Up Each Key (Example using Line Keys)

   • Type: BLF or Speed Dial (Custom Access Code can be used as well for specific Access Codes like opening or closing the business)

   • Value: Extension number, access code, or specific external/internal number

   • Label: “John” or “Sales”

   • 

4. Save and Apply

   • Click Save to apply the changes (Note: You cannot make line key adjustments while the phone is on a call. You will need to wait until the call is finished before applying the update).
