Internet Explorer 9 and higher
- Open your browser
- Find the Tools icon - indicated by a gear in the top right-hand corner of your monitor.
- Select Safety, and then Delete Browsing history.
- A window will open with checkboxes, the only option that needs to be selected is labeled Temporary Internet files and website files.
- Select Delete.
- After that has processed, exit out of your browser entirely and reopen Internet Explorer, you should be able to view Aline's Admin Portal as intended.
Google Chrome
- Open your browser.
- Press Ctrl+H on your keyboard. This will open the history tab.
- Select Clear browsing data...
- Set the drop-down menu to "the beginning of time."
- A window will open with checkboxes, the only option that needs to be selected is labeled Cached images and files.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- After that has processed, exit out of your browser entirely and reopen Google Chrome, you should be able to view Aline's Admin Portal as intended.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open your browser.
- Enter the History menu and select Clear Recent History. The menu bar can be made visible by pressing the Alt key on your keyboard.
- Select Everything on the Time range to clear menu in order to clear your entire cache.
- The down arrow next to Details will allow you to select what to clear out of your cache. It is suggested to only select Cache in order to clear up what is necessary for Blitz.
- Select Clear Now to clear your cache.
- After that has processed, exit out of your browser entirely and reopen Google Chrome, you should be able to view Aline's Admin Portal as intended.
