Please try the following steps to help resolve the mobile Communicator GO 6 app connection issue:
- Switch between Wi-Fi and Cellular Data (4G/LTE/5G) if possible
- Restart your mobile phone and re-open the Communicator GO app
- Navigate to More > Quit > Sign Out. Then, log back into the app.
Please note that call quality can be reliant on the strength of the Wi-Fi/mobile data connection. Moving around may help improve the connection if the connection itself is poor.
