To get started with Call Monitoring:
Note - The extension you wish to monitor must be setup on the Admin portal. Refer to this article for assistance. If you don't have permission to monitor an extension you'll hear a message telling you this when you try to monitor someone.
1. Login to the Communicator desktop app
2. Right click on a user you'd like to monitor (only works when the user is in an active call)
3. Select "Call monitor"
4. By default, it will go into "listening" mode
- Press 4 for Listening: No one can hear you
- Press 5 for Whispering: Only the user can hear you
- Press 6 for Barging: Both parties can hear you
