Add/Change Caller IDs in the Admin Portal
1. Login to the web portal at sip.alinephonesystems.com with an admin account
2. Navigate to Extensions > System > select a user
3. Click Enhanced Services
4. Click the edit icon to access Caller ID settings
5. Click the + (plus) icon to add Caller IDs and/or change the Trunk Caller ID to apply the Caller ID to all calls
Change Caller ID in the Communicator Desktop app
Note: If changes have been made in the admin portal, please logout and log back into the Communicator to apply changes.
1. Login to the Communicator desktop app
2. Click the Phone widget
3. Click "Default Caller ID" to display a drop down menu. To add options to this list, please follow the steps above.
