To enable contacts from Google or Outlook:
1. Find the Tools menu towards the top right within the Communicator app.
2. Click on Preferences
3. Click on Contacts and select your preferred application
Note: For Outlook, please reach out to Aline Support. We will include this add-on to your account. No additional charge.
To sync contacts with Google, Outlook, or your CRM:
1. Select the 3 dots in Communicator Blue Ribbon
2. Navigate to Contacts and click on Refresh contacts
