In order to check the audio on your Communicator app, navigate to the Tools tab and select Preferences from the drop down.
Click the Test button to test the speaker and ringing device.
Note: If the user finds that the microphone volume needs to be adjusted, the volume can be managed within the user's computer settings. Navigate to "Settings" and "Sound Settings" on your computer.
Integrated Headsets Options
Check “Enable Plantronics headset support” option in order to integrate a Plantronics headset with Communicator. This will enable the use of Plantronics headset buttons such as answer, hold, transfer, etc.
The same applies for Jabra and EPOS Sennheiser headsets. Turn on “Enable Jabra headset support” option, in order to integrate a Jabra headset with Communicator. Turn on “Enable EPOS Sennheiser headset support” option, in order to integrate a EPOS Sennheiser headset with Communicator.
